2. Gift Card & Coupon Purchase

Gift Cards and Coupons can be purchased online using our standard payment methods.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

3. Gift Card Delivery

• E-Gift Cards: Delivered via email to the recipient’s address provided at checkout.
• Physical Gift Cards: Mailed to the shipping address provided at checkout. Standard delivery rates and timelines apply.

4. Gift Card & Coupon Use

• Gift Cards and Coupons can be redeemed for most merchandise on our website and in our stores, subject to any exclusions listed on the specific Coupon.
• Gift Cards and Coupons cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or Coupons.
• Multiple Gift Cards and Coupons can be used in a single transaction.
• Any unused balance on a Gift Card will remain available for future purchases.

5. Gift Card & Coupon Validity

• Gift Cards do not expire and retain their value indefinitely.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards & Coupons

• Fort Femeni is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or Coupons.
• The value of a lost or stolen Gift Card cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
• Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
