• Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the item.

• After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
• If approved, you may choose a replacement item of equal value, or opt for a store credit.
• Exchanges are based on availability. If the item is no longer available, we will assist you in selecting an alternative handbag.

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs related to returning the item for exchange.
• If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover the shipping costs.

Accessories, such as handbag charms and straps, are not eligible for exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
